Hey! Wake up! . And I know I'm not the only one who has after seeing kids totting around blurry eyed and moaning about how tired they are So I figured I would make a couple steps to see kids through the morning, and do your best not pass out again.
Steps
- 1Evaluate what needs to be done the following day and prepare accordingly.Be sure all of your homework is done! If you hope to get it done in the dead of night you will either be drop dead tired or fail to do your homework
- 2In the morning be sure to know what you want to have for breakfast (be sure not to forget entirely about breakfast; you wont be able to think straight till lunch) that way you won't scramble about and eat some sugary bit of air . A solid breakfast would include everything in a commercial breakfast but most of us don't have that kind of time so a meal of oatmeal, cereal, toast, basically a high fiber meal will do ,this can usually hold off till lunch.
- 3If you are still tired after breakfast have some fruit, it's high in natural sugars that can give a jump start you need it. While coffee works as well it stains your teeth and can cause you to be tired later as well
- 4Figure out your transportation, know your bus schedule, drive time(on a busy day),walking, biking distance and plan accordingly ex:bus comes at 6:45 so you approximate the time you will need then add 15 minutes to that.
- 5When traveling to school find something to capture your interest ,a radio station, listen too music, play a game something get your brain going.
- 6When you have arrived be sure to have checked that you have all your items in order and if you have time relax chat with friends do some reading extra credit etc.
